PSC ACT
The purpose of this Act is to provide for the Public Service and its principal objects of this
- To establish an independent Public Service that is efficient and effective in serving the Government, the Parliament and the public.
- To provide a legal framework for the effective and fair employment, management and leadership of employees; and
- To establish the rights and obligations of employees.
